<p><span class="text-color-green">We know</span> that finding a job can be a job in itself!</p>
Whilst we’d love to help you find a job, we’re not like a traditional recruitment agency.
We’re a recruitment advertising agency.
<p>Employers pay us to advertise <span class="text-color-green">their jobs.</span></p>
Then we forward all applicants to them.
We have no further involvement in the recruitment process.
Employers pay us to advertise their jobs. If you see a job of interest, please apply to it and we will forward your CV tothem.
Sorry, we can’t. However, please apply to a job of interest and we will forward your CV to employer.
We only send your CV to the employer, and no one else.
We don’t register CVs, but if you apply to a job we are advertising your CV will be forwarded to the employer.
No. Many employers struggle to manage the high volume of job applications so don’t allow us to provide their contact details.

If you haven’t heard from the employer within 14 days they may feel, on this occasion, that other applicants appear to be a better “fit”.
Yes. We only advertise jobs when employers pay us.
Employers often remove adverts when they have received enough applications. So, if it’s still being advertised, it should be accepting applications.
Employers rarely have closing dates, unless advertised on the job. Even then we’d still recommend applying as recruitment rarely goes to plan and you could be perfect for the job.
Please apply for the job via the job site you saw it advertised on. We will forward your CV to the employer.
Most employers want their details to remain anonymous. This is often because they are recruiting for a confidential role, or they don’t want sales calls from recruitment agencies.
You must have a CV. There is lots of free advice online about how to make one.
We advertise on multiple job sites, so you could try a different site.
Or please email your CV to hello@starget.co.ukexplaining the job you’d like to apply to.
Please only apply to jobs if you currently have the permanent right to work in the UK.
The only exception is if advertised as offering visas.
Sorry, we don’t take calls from job seekers. We purely help employers advertise their jobs.
Sorry, the only information we have is what the employer has advertised.
We forward your CV to the employer.
If the employer wants to proceed with your application, they will be in touch.
The employer will contact you if they want to proceed with your application. This is dependent on their workload and recruitment process, but generally within 14 days.
We aren’t allowed to provide their contact details because many employers struggle to manage the high volume of job applications.

If you haven’t heard from the employer within 14 days they may feel, on this occasion, that other applicants appear to be a better “fit”.
That’s a shame. Usually it’s for one of two reasons:
1. You have some great skills and experience, but your CV doesn’t reflect this. In which case there is lots of free advice about how to write a great CV.
2. You have applied for a job but didn’t meet the employer’s minimum expectations. In this instance, please double-check you meet the essential requirements before applying to other jobs.
Because we’re not involved in the employer’s shortlisting process, we won’t be able to influence their decision or provide further information.

Often the employer wants you to apply again on their career site. Please email them if it is not clear.
Sorry. We appreciate the time you have taken and apologize the employer has not told us to stop applications.
Sorry, our system didn’t notice you had already taken action.
